Mandalas
Sacred circle, circular energy
"I paint mandalas to remind that beauty is not in the perfection of the circle, but in the breath that animates it."
The Mandalas of Achao focus on the central circle, the symbolic heart of fullness and energy flow. Its pure motifs—bubbles, interlacing lines—draw a path toward calmness and introspection. Drawing from Buddhist tradition and the formal freedom of Matisse's cut-out papers, the artist unfolds a work that is both contemplative and vibrant, charged with positive energy. These compositions, often large in scale, act as portals to a rediscovered serenity. The viewer is invited to follow the outline of the shapes, like a visual dance between abstraction and tangible presence. A work that invites a pause, a breath, and a return to the essential.
